LINGUAMEDIA JOURNAL

LINGUAMEDIA Journal, or LiME for short, is a peer-reviewed journal which seeks to publish original research articles of high quality in language, linguistics, literature and culture studies. LINGUAMEDIA Journal is an open source journal providing free access to its contents; also LINGUAMEDIA Journal does not impose any form of fee or charge on authors who publish in it. LINGUAMEDIA Journal is published at least twice a year. Some issues consist of a thematic section (whose articles address a specific theme or framework in language) and an open section, whereas others only consist of an open section. In addition, there is a section for reviews of relevant scientific monographs.

LINGUAMEDIA Journal  aims to publish research articles within, but not restricted to, the following areas: 

• Communication studies (professional communication, intercultural communication, organizational communication, business communication etc.)
• Culture [in relation to language and/or communication]
• Discourse studies
• Identity [in relation to language/and or communication]
• Language(s) (grammar, lexis, syntax, phonology etc.)
• Language acquisition and language learning
• Language policy, language planning and language management
• Linguistics (sociolinguistics, cognitive linguistics, functional linguistics, corpus linguistics, computational linguistic, pragmatics etc.)
• Literature Studies
• Philosophy of language
• Rhetoric
• Stylistics
• Translation
